Adv. Yishahayau Ivri

shaikeAdv. Ivri was born in 1967, has a L.L.M & L.L.B degree from Bar Ilan University, and has been practicing law since 1997.

He specializes in real estate in general, especially in planning and construction laws and land taxation, and represents private, commercial and public clients in many legal cases relating to the above fields.

Adv. Ivri specializes in the different channels of planning and construction procedures and the different fields of land taxation. In the past, he worked for the law firm of Professor Aharon Namdar, one of the leading firms in Israel in the field of land taxation, where he gained vast experience in a variety of taxation issues.

As well as his work in the field of taxation, Adv. Ivri has developed considerable expertise in compensation claims for reduction in value, expropriation laws and planning and construction laws in general, issues in which a number of rulings in principle have been given in favor of his clients.

After working at the prestigious law firm of Professor Namdar, Adv. Ivri served as head of the (external) legal department of an Israeli cellular operator -Orange Communications Ltd., a position requiring considerable knowledge in the field of planning and construction, in connection with contractual aspects and aspects in criminal law relating to these proceedings.

In recent years, Adv. Ivri has been involved in complex real estate transactions demanding mastery of the different taxation aspects and the examination of the planning significance of these transactions.

Adv. Dror Sherman

shaikeAdv. Dror Sherman was born in 1969, has a law degree from the College of Administration, and has been practicing law since 1998.
Adv. Sherman also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Tel Aviv University.

Between 2000 and 2005, he was a partner at the prestigious Israeli law firm of Cohen – Segal – Sherman & Nir”.

Adv. Sherman specializes in commercial and civil law, including representation in court.
His main expertise lies in real estate transactions of all kinds – including accompanying development projects, profit-yielding projects, managing and representing the sale and rental of houses and apartments, offices and commercial spaces, including shopping malls and logistics centers, agriculture and non-regulated lands, in Israel and around the world.

Adv. Dror Sherman also has great experience in the field of legal advice and representation for real estate projects on lands leased by the “Minhal” – the Israeli Land Administration (ILA), including on lands situated within the boundaries of communal cooperatives (kibbutzim and moshavim), carried out under the decisions and regulations of the ILA.

Adv. Sherman has also gained extensive experience in the field of assisted living centers for elderly people. For many years he has represented and overseen numerous projects around the country, setting up and managing centers for seniors, and sheltered housing centers.

In addition, in recent years Adv. Sherman has represented public and private companies and individuals in real estate transactions in Europe and the USA, and he has been involved in international commerce, representing a number of Israeli and foreign entrepreneurs and companies in import and export deals, agent and distributor agreements, joint ventures, etc.

In the field of litigation, Adv. Sherman has led and managed a large number of court cases and arbitrations on a large financial scale, including cases in which complex legal issues were discussed, and class action suits on a scale of over NIS 3 million (claims against Israel’s five big banks, against the Mifal Hapayis Lottery, and against Steimatzky).
In a class action suit against a large marketing chain in Israel, Adv. Sherman achieved a precedent-setting compromise agreement resulting in a bonus of millions of shekels for Israeli consumers.

Adv. Lior Landau

shaikeAdv. Landau was born in 1974, is a graduate of Bar Ilan University, and has worked as a lawyer since 2001.
Between 2001 and 2007, Adv. Landau worked for the law firm of Cohen – Segal – Sherman & Nir.

His areas of involvement and main expertise are land and real estate -management and representation regarding the sale and rental of houses, apartments, offices and commercial spaces, drawing up contracts, providing general legal advice to companies and businesses, execution, and labor laws.

In the field of litigation, over the years Adv. Landau has led and handled many court cases on a large financial scale, including financial claims, appeals, and High Court petitions. He has also been involved, together with Adv. Sherman, in a number of class-action suits on a scale of over NIS 3 million (claims against Israel’s five big banks, the Mifal Hapayis Lottery, and Steimatzky.

-Adv. Landau has also represented and handled banking claims against various debtors and/or guarantors, and has managed a number of receivership procedures in applications to realize mortgages.

Adv. Landau has acquired considerable experience in the field of sheltered housing for senior citizens, as one who has, for many years, represented and handled projects of assisted living centers for the elderly.
As of the beginning of 2009 Adv. Landau is a licensed mediator.

Adv. Natalia Chernishev

shaikeAdv. Natalia Chernishev was born in 1978, is a graduate of Haifa University, and has been working as a lawyer since 2007.

She previously practiced law in the prestigious Israeli law firm of Yaacov Salomon, Lipschutz & Co., working mainly on proceedings relating to “green lawsuits”, such as the case of the pollution of the Kishon River.

Adv. Chernishev has graduated with honor from the School of Languages, and speaks a number of languages.
